Flow

Any plan that includes PowerApps, aside from a standalone license, also includes Flow. Flow is not a replacement for SharePoint workflow, or any other workflow product; it's a means of automating simple tasks, usually with short two- or three-step algorithms that connect products to each other, using the same products you can access via PowerApps. (It's possible to build more robust and lengthier Flows, but it doesn't appear to be the primary use for people using the product.) As with PowerApps, if you want the premium connectors—Salesforce, Oracle, JotForm, Stripe—or the expanded administration capabilities, you pay extra.
