Journal rules

Journaling is a feature required by some financial and governmental institutions, and other places that require a high degree of accountability and oversight. A journal rule will forward all email coming in that meets certain criteria to a specific email address that you assign, which must be a mail contact outside of your organization. If email to that address is undeliverable, the email will go to the address you specify for undeliverable mail:
