When you first arrive in this admin center, the first thing you see and have the ability to manage is the site collections. At a glance, you can see how many site collections your organization has set up so far:
If your tenant also has licenses for projects then you will see an extra button for project as well as a URL pertaining to that service.
You can also see how much space and server resources you have used versus how much you have left.
