We highly recommend turning Access apps off or preventing new ones if some are already being used in your SharePoint environment. Microsoft has announced that Access apps are being discontinued and that they will be completely shut down as a service by April 2018. If you do have some currently, we recommend migrating to a different solution as soon as possible.
