The Usage details screen is where you can see how much of your company's video quota you're using up. Most of the kinds of videos uploaded by most companies—how-to videos, training, meetings, and maybe some office videos from the company picnic—are not that large, so the space you get (500 GB, plus 0.5 GB per licensed user, where F1 plans do not count toward the quota of licensed users) should be sufficient.
However, if you have a user who likes to upload raw footage taken with an iPhone, you might want to advise them it'd be better to process those videos and convert them to a smaller format first:
