Mailboxes

Mailboxes are the heart of Exchange, the main purpose behind the whole thing. In a moderately large company with a normal amount of turnover, you'll probably spend more time administering mailboxes than any other part of Exchange, unless there are legal reasons why you need to spend a great deal of time on compliance and regulatory features. 

Let's take a closer look at the functions of the Mailbox page.

When you select a user in the Mailbox window, a user mailbox panel opens to the right with a summary of the user's information and quick links to perform some functions without having to directly edit the user or go to any of the more specialized pages.
