If you plan to have very large company-wide meetings or if you're interested in hosting your own webinars, you may want to enable broadcast meetings. While most of the functionality for this service is located at https://portal.broadcast.skype.com, there are a few basic settings available in the Skype for Business admin center, as shown in the following screenshot:
