A brief word about offboarding users 

One last caveat about call routing that needs to be mentioned. If you have any user who is in any call tree using Transfer to: Person in your company, you will need to make sure you change that setting before you remove the calling plan license and de-provision their account. If you forget to do this, it will become impossible to make changes to the auto-attendant settings. Woe to anyone who deletes a user completely before discovering this issue!
