Summary
This chapter described the most commonly used AppExpert features of Citrix NetScaler. All of these features are one of the benefits of using Citrix NetScaler, because all of them are available in one appliance. Also, the rewrite/responder feature is very useful when using Citrix NetScaler (also as a reserve proxy). Using these features, we can add more security to the environment, and only the necessary information can be made visible to the clients.
In the next chapter, we will describe integration with Citrix components in combination with the Citrix NetScaler appliance. These components are useful if you want to achieve a complete infrastructure and get proper information about the clients.
