12.1. Who and Where Are Your Users?

As you begin to deploy application resources to your end users based on the new RDS environment you set up, you first have to understand who these users are or, more specifically, what type of users they are and from where and on what device they will be connecting. Knowing this will allow you to determine the best way to deploy the RDS resources to those users. For instance, are your users office or clerical workers whose PCs are connected to your main network?
