I'd like to take a moment to show my gratitude to the people who made this book possible. To start, Charles Firth and Trudy Hutzler. Charles revised the chapters he wrote in the Mastering Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 book, Chapters 9 and 10. He also co-wrote Chapter 13 (with Trudy), as well as tirelessly helped me with the long process of editing the chapters of a book so long. Trudy started out as a reader-reviewer (more on them in a moment) and became not only the contributing author of Chapter 15 but the go-to person if I needed help with anything related to the book.
