Workspace admins

Workspace admins can modify the name of the workspace, the privacy level for workspace members (edit or view only), and the role of each member (admin or member). For example, once users have been added to the workspace as members, the workspace admin can revise the role of one or multiple users from members to admins so that this user(s) can add other members and contribute to the management of the workspace.

If Power BI Premium capacity has been provisioned for the organization and if the workspace administrator has been granted assignment permissions to Premium capacity, the workspace admin can assign the workspace to a Premium capacity.
