We’re now well into the discussion on Exchange recipients, and you are aware of the different recipient types that are available to messaging administrators in Exchange Server 2013. (If you need a refresher, look back to Chapter 13, “Basics of Recipient Management.”)

Mail-enabled groups are one type of recipient that makes things a bit more interesting—and by interesting I mean complex. Most administrators are familiar with the concept of groups but not necessarily with mail-enabled groups.
