Making a coloring workspace

Now we're going to set up a workspace specifically to use when coloring. I'm going to be honest here, I hated coloring before I began to use Manga Studio 5! MS5 gives me the results I've striven for though without a lot of hassle, and I love that. It's completely changed my mind on coloring.

But, coloring is a different beast than drawing or laying out pages. To really get through a lot of coloring we'll want to maximize the amount of screen that we have access to (how much of the canvas we can see) and make sure that our tools are arranged so that they can be reached quickly. A well set up workspace can save so much time later and make you fly through your artwork faster than before.
