Summary

In this chapter, you learned how to customize the look and feel of JIRA by inserting custom CSS codes. We also modified the behavior of HTML elements of the JIRA interface using JavaScript to show/hide JIRA fields based on the selection made by the user, of a specific value from a selectable list. Finally, we explored Velocity templates and how to modify the displayed content. We also discussed how to insert custom field values in e-mails.
