In this chapter, we discussed ScriptRunner, which is an amazing add-on for performing complex customizations in the workflow, accessing powerful JQL functions, and running various scripts, which can be used by JIRA administrators to maintain the instance efficiently. ScriptRunner is by far the most popular admin tool used by JIRA administrators.
