Summary

In this chapter, we covered all the project reports that you can generate to find useful information. You also learned how to create dashboards and add various gadgets to them. We also understood how to create advanced reports using eazyBI, which is a popular add-on for generating reports that are not available out of the box in JIRA.

In the next chapter, we will start customizing the JIRA instance to act like a test management tool. With examples, you will learn how to customize the issue type schemes to include new issue types, modify workflows, and create new custom fields to capture additional information, and how to limit the visibility of your project.
