Loading geospatial data manually into CARTO is easy, as we explored earlier. It's even easier when using CARTOframes, as it makes automated data management possible. New, updated data files or data from REST APIs can be converted into dataframes and written into the CARTO account.
Shapefiles require the installation of the GeoPandas library, as the geometry requires a GeoPandas DataFrame object for data management.
