Summary

The first relationship added to the Available Property Listing view was for the neighborhood taxonomy. In previous versions of Drupal, taxonomies were handled differently, but in Drupal 8, they are just entity references. Extending the taxonomy case to entity types defined in custom content types, the property listing was enhanced to include the listing of realtor(s) names and phone numbers, which are stored in a Realtor content type, separate from the Property content type being displayed.
