Summary

In this chapter, we explored the complete experience of a mobile solution development with the device app and the app service. We have approached a complete JavaScript and TypeScript language experience. On the client side, Cordova is a portable, multiplatform framework to develop a hybrid application; on the Azure side, a mobile app from app services can be developed as a Node.js application.

Our app and our service work with entities: what happens if data sent by clients is not in the form of stateful objects, but rather events that log something that has happened?

In the next chapter, we will explore the API experience in greater depth, writing more general, powerful, complex but maintainable, and long-term API projects.
