This is a development framework for Ethereum which allows similar functionality to Truffle, which is discussed in Chapter 14, Introducing Web3. It allows automatic deployment of smart contracts, easier integration with JavaScript, and, especially, easier integration with IPFS. This is a very feature-rich framework, and many more functionalities are available. It can be installed via npm.
