Exporting Animations
Animations are saved in your project file and, when played back, will reflect any model changes (such as deleted or added elements). Occasionally, you may want to capture periodic snapshots of the current model or save the animation as a separate AVI video file for viewing outside Navisworks. In addition to the best practice of keeping your model files in the NWF format, saving a copy of your project file as an NWD allows you to share your animations with users who may only have access to the Navisworks Freedom viewer. Note that you should make sure that all animation sets are deselected before exporting; otherwise, the gizmo may show up in your movie!
