The notations are a very convenient way to describe and specify complex routing behaviors. The combination of the connectivity components and the Enterprise Integration Patterns makes Camel the most flexible and powerful routing system available.
And, if the provided components or patterns don't suit your requirements, you can always create your own specific component, as we will see in the next chapter.
