Change Views
PowerPoint offers several ways to display your presentation on-screen. You can choose the view that best suits your needs. Each view displays the same presentation; if you make changes to a slide in one view, the other views also display the changes.
Normal view displays all of the text in your presentation, the current slide, and the speaker notes for the current slide. Normal view has two tabs: Slides and Outline. Using the Slides tab, you can work with all of the parts of your presentation in a single screen.
