Highlight Cells That Are Greater Than a Specified Value
You can use Conditional Formatting to highlight cells in a range that are greater than a value you specify. When you use Conditional Formatting, you set criteria for information in a range and Excel identifies the cells in the range that meet the criteria. You can also highlight values that are less than a value you specify, or equal to a value you specify. For example, if your worksheet contains test scores, then you can highlight all of the scores that are higher than a value you specify.
