Test Movie Bandwidth
You can use the Flash Bandwidth Profiler to help you determine which movie frames might cause problems during playback on the Web. File size and the user's data-transfer rate affect how smoothly and quickly your movie downloads and plays. With the Bandwidth Profiler you can test your movies for maximum effect. The feature works within the Flash Player window.
With the Bandwidth Profiler, you can test a variety of different modem and broadband connection speeds and gauge which frames in your movie use the most bytes.
