Identify Your Purpose

Navigating your career requires you to identify your purpose. Failure to complete this step could keep you in a job with little or no meaning, stuck with no options, or paralyzed with fear to make even the slightest of change in your professional development. The search for meaning and authenticity is an essential human characteristic. Our work, our relationships, and our attitude shape our purpose.
