Throughout this book, and especially in Chapter 11, we use a free tool which we have created to help optimize the tracking and management of marketing dollars. Following are instructions for accessing the site:
• On your first visit to the site, click on “First time user? Register here.”
• Your username will be your email address and you will choose your own password.
• Please type in BOOK for the registration key.
• After you have logged in you will be able to enter your own data into the system and it will be stored for you and available each time you return to the Web site.
• On future visits to the site you will only need to enter your email address (for the username) and your password.
