Studying markets and how
people and businesses buy and sell products and services is not trivial
or new. Economists have the job of theorizing about markets while
market researchers have the job of collecting and distilling information
for practical problems. These problems are complex and require thoughtful
analyses with sophisticated tools and techniques. Due to this complexity,

should be done without a clear project management framework for the
