Always Be Resilient

A KEY LESSON for any manager is to be resilient and tenacious. In a way, any business manager is a bit like a boxer: they will always get knocked to the canvas. But the strength of a really good boxer is that they will get up again because they feel so determined to win. Equally, a businessman will receive setbacks and disappointments, but the good ones will always get off the canvas and get back up because they feel passionately about what they want to do.
