This section looks at the more common ways of using the Internet; specifically, Book-ware, Block-ware, and Custom-ware. I will leave Active-ware for the section on Web 2.0. Selecting how far to push your use of the Internet can be tricky; you may be tempted to do more than you really need to do. It is easy to feel like you just have to push the limits. But, as with any other technology, take a step back and look at what you really need, rather than what you want.
