Offshoring

There are two different types of offshoring. The first is offshore outsourcing, where an outsource company in the target country is contracted to provide specific services. The second is an offshore office, where the parent company opens an office in the target country and directly employs the staff at that company. Both of these setups are referred to as offshoring, and companies have to decide which option is best for them.
