The virtual team consists of the three partners and 12 employees. The employees’ roles break down into the following categories:
General and vendor management
Some team members fill more than one role on the team, and split their time between the functions. The team members coordinate efforts, but generally do not work collaboratively on specific tasks or projects due to the diverse nature of their roles on the team.
