Productive Virtual Team Meetings

While those who lead virtual meetings must perform all the same tasks required for effective face-to-face meetings, the technological component heightens the importance of preparation, leadership, and follow-up. Meeting participants might live in different time zones, speak different languages, and be uncomfortable with virtual interactions. Alternately, meeting participants might be in the same region or city but find virtual communication to be more efficient in terms of time and money.
