Defining Them

Companies are the same, in that, if all you ever see is the executive suite, it is hard to really understand what your company is all about. Process improvement should start here: what do you do? What is the main thing that your company or agency does? Your priority must be to “keep the main thing the main thing.”1 The main thing is your purpose. It’s your priority; it’s what you do.
