Changes in high availability in Exchange 2013

Many Database Availability Groups have been deployed to date. Inevitably, as is the case after new technology is introduced, some problems were encountered. Some of these problems were due to a lack of experience with the technology, whereas the remainder pointed to some areas that Microsoft could improve in Exchange 2013. These include the following:
