Spread the Word

Suppose your experiment produces great results. Tell other people about it! Show them what your team was able to produce when requirements were ambiguous and constantly changing, when you started writing code the very first week, before you knew everything. Describe how people on your team communicated early and often with business decision-makers who told the team which features to create and in which order. Blow their doors off, then tell them why the different approach you used is better than traditional approaches that don't respect the true nature of the problem you're trying to solve.

But suppose your experiment doesn't go so well. Suppose the results stink. What do you do then? Your team's reflection on what went wrong ...
