While you put your selected agile method through its paces, reflect on what's going on. What works? What doesn't? What do you like? What do you hate? What about the approach is most likely to meet resistance, and why? Without this kind of reflection, your experiment won't be worth very much. You also won't have enough information to take the next step, which is telling other people about what you've done, and what you've learned.
