Chapter 18. Tomorrow
Managers reading this book might say at this point, “Great. Now what do I do?” Good question. If you're convinced that growing software is the right thing to do, or at least that it sounds right, I suggest you do four things, starting tomorrow:
Read and learn about an agile method.
Have your team (which includes you, remember) try it out on a small project.
Reflect on the experience, both during and after the project, then do it again to learn more.
Start spreading the news.
