Most PMs miss this: the special case of deliberately planning for the chaos that surrounds the holiday season. In the United States, that season starts around mid-November and runs through the first half of January, but the concepts discussed here are really holiday-agnostic, so they should apply to whatever holiday season you have to deal with.
