MISSING MOMENTUM

Despite many issues as mentioned in this book, in the past several years Product Management has had a profound impact on the corporate landscape. Nowadays, more and more senior product leaders are seated alongside other functional leaders at the executive-level “table” in a substantial number of companies. In the years before my recent observations and data collection, the majority of Product Management leaders reported to a Marketing executive, or in technology companies, to Product Development.
