The Product Management community of practice should be an ongoing element of any organizational strategy. In other areas unrelated to Product Management, communities of practice are catalyzed and perpetuated in a fluid, dynamic, unplanned manner. They are held together by their members’ passionate interest in learning and sharing. The benefits of this type of approach cannot be disputed.
