If you don’t propagate your change you will not deliver the benefits your organization needs.

Successful organizations propagate their changes. They support their people, land changes safely, make sure they stick and fix them if they don’t. They keep a close eye on them in the early days to make sure they are accepted, adopted and embedded. If there are problems they fix them as quickly as possible to give the change the best chance of survival.
