Successful organizations prepare for change. They ensure everything that needs to be in place to support a change is ready by the time it is delivered. They place a strong focus on preparing both internal and external people and environments so that change can be adopted and embedded as easily as possible. Indeed this concept of ‘readiness’ is at the heart of the need to prepare an organization for change.
