Prepare: To make ready beforehand for a specific purpose, as for an event or occasion

Without the right preparation you will not deliver the benefits your organization needs.

Successful organizations prepare for change. They ensure everything that needs to be in place to support a change is ready by the time it is delivered. They place a strong focus on preparing both internal and external people and environments so that change can be adopted and embedded as easily as possible.
