The cycle of change

The following chapters are each dedicated to one of the elements of the Cycle of Change model. This model was developed over 30 years in corporate, government and not-for-profit organizations and has been tested on a wide range of organizational changes. It was borne out of a frustration that success rates remained disappointingly low and being involved in or impacted by change seemed as stressful as ever. Whilst most organizations were attempting to improve individual elements it was clear that most were not looking at change as a whole and were often unaware of, or were turning a blind eye to, elements that were undermining success.
