It's time to get selfish.

In the first two sections of the book, we worried about managing people and products. Now, I want you to worry a bit about yourself before you worry about everyone else. This involves being a little selfish, and that's why the first two chapters of this section appear to have nothing to do with management. They have to do with figuring out how to get your résumé noticed and making sure you don't screw up your phone screen.

After that, I get back on the management wagon and, well, I start calling people names, which is behavior I need to explain.
