In this section we look at the continuing challenges of attracting Hispanic candidates for nonsalaried positions. Insights into the cultural and linguistic obstacles that Hispanic job candidates encounter are analyzed. These chapters address reasons why their performance in interviews is weaker than that of non-Hispanics, with a particular emphasis on how to cultivate simpatía to Hispanic, Latin, and Latino employees.
