Improving Receptivity and Communication

Most of the barriers outlined in the previous chapter are familiar ones. Cumulatively, these barriers can seriously debilitate a company’s ability to innovate. But however daunting they may seem, they are not insurmountable. This chapter highlights some of the tools, processes, and mechanisms that a company can employ to facilitate the rich communication and receptivity required for global innovation.
