I want to thank everybody who has contributed in any way to the publication of this book. An impossible task of course, because this necessarily includes so many people. For example, everyone who has attended one of my lectures, workshops or training courses is absolutely included because they have all made a contribution– every time I deliver a talk on fraud I learn something myself from the comments, observations and stories coming from the members of the audience. I only hope that those of you who have listened to my talks have enjoyed them as much as I have enjoyed giving them.

Also included in the thanks are the numerous professionals that I have worked with on fraud assignments over the years.
