He has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, including significant experience in managing projects spanning the full range of Sarbanes-Oxley IT compliance services. At The SOX Group, he has managed, as well as participated in, engagements at a wide variety of organizations, from Fortune 500 to emerging companies, with overall responsibility for SOX process narratives, risk and control identification, test plan development, testing, remediation, and procedure documentation.
